Cody Ramberg, DOTW for 8/26-8/30!

Cody Ramberg is the DOTW for 8/26-8/30! Cody is a 7-ish year old Golden Retriever mix (perhaps Chow?) who's been coming to Dog Days since mid-2008. Cody is a happy-go-lucky boy who gets along with pretty much everyone. Occasionally he develops a crush on someone, but for the most part, he just hangs out with the gang and plays a little ball. Besides getting along with all the dogs, he also loves his people, and we give him lots of attention when he's here. Cody is one of those stable adult dogs that we love having in the daycare area - there are no surprises there, and he's so good-natured. We love having Cody come visit us, and are happy to make him the DOTW this week! Congratulations, big guy!

Waffles Smith, DOTW for 8/19-8/23!

Waffles Smith is the DOTW for 8/19-8/23! Waffles is a one year old Dachshund mix who's only been coming to Dog Days for a couple of months. BUT Waffles has wiggled his way into our hearts, and made himself a presence in the small dog area. Waffles will play with almost anyone who will play with him, and he's got a full-on in-your-face kind of play style - so his friends tend to play the same way. He plays well with Suki, Sammy V., Vixen, and Juniper, who are all rough and tumble kind of players. Waffles rarely gets tired - he's a ball of energy, that one! We're happy to make him DOTW this week - it's well-deserved! Congratulations Waffles!

Sydney Koontz, DOTW for the week of 8/12-8/16!

Sydney Koontz is the DOTW for 8/12-8/16! Sydney is an almost 6 year old hound mix who's been coming to Dog Days for about 2.5 years now. Sydney has the prettiest face of any dog, and is one of those gentle souls without a mean bone in her body. She's very social, but doesn't play that much with the other dogs. She really loves her humans the most, and enjoys just hanging out and watching the rambunctious dogs race around in circles in the play area. She's a true joy and we love having her come visit with us. We love you Sydney, and congratulations, pretty girl!

Jesse Akkapeddi, DOTW for 8/5-8/9!

Jesse Akkapeddi is the DOTW for 8/5-8/9! Jesse is a 9 year old beagle who first came to Dog Days in late 2009. Jesse, like most beagles, has a lot to say, especially when he's playing. And he still plays quite a bit for an older guy. He's very sweet too, and loves a good belly rub. When he's here, he has many friends, but tends to like the boys a bit more, like Milo M. Jesse is really easy-going, and is always a welcome addition to the small dog area. Congratulations, Jesse!

Melvin Clifford, DOTW for 7/29-8/2!

Melvin Clifford is the DOTW for the week of 7/29-8/2! Melvin is an almost 7 year old Lab mix (probably Border Collie) who's been coming to Dog Days since late 2007, when he was just a young'un. Melvin loves to play ball and isn't really particular about who he plays with. He also tends to fall in love with some dog every time he's here. He follows that dog around, plays kissy face with him or her and so on. Most recently the object of his affections was Goldie S., who really enjoyed the extra attention she got from Melvin. :) We love having Melvin come visit us and are happy his parents trust us with his care. Congratulations, Melvin!
