Lotus Sells is DOTW for 5/21-5/25!

Lotus Sells is the DOTW for the week of 5/21-5/25! Lotus is an almost 7 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who's been coming to Dog Days with her older sister Missy since August 2006. We've watched Miss Lotus grow up here at Dog Days. Lotus's play style tends to be chewing on other dogs' faces and necks, and she chews on Missy alot. But she also likes to chew on Riley B. and Stella S. on occasion. She also sometimes just hangs out with the rest of the gang and observes. Lotus can be pretty vocal at times, and you can always recognize that bark. We always enjoy having Lotus come visit with us, and are happy to finally make her the DOTW! Congratulations, Lotus!

Sparky Topp, DOTW for 5/14-5/18!

Sparky Topp is the DOTW for the week of 5/14-5/18! Sparky is an almost 4 year old Shih Tzu who's been coming to Dog Days since early 2010. Sparky is a very personable fellow, and really enjoys playing with the other dogs in the small dog area. He likes Brutus and Sammy, and also plays sometimes with Roxy. He's always happy to chase a ball or toy, and picks it up to bring it back, he just never quite makes it all the way back to the human. So he's a pretty good retriever, but he's good at making us retrieve too. :) He has a great smile and is a happy boy. We enjoy seeing Sparky when he comes to visit. Congratulations, little man!

Scout Flynn, DOTW for 5/7-5/11!

Scout Flynn is the DOTW for the week of 5/7-5/11! Scout is a 7.5 year old Great Dane who's been coming to Dog Days since mid-2006. Scout is a tall, slender girl who still has a lot of energy. There's not much funnier than seeing a big skinny Dane doing play bows and racing around the play area like an oversized puppy. When she's finished, she goes wandering in search of a human to lean against. Scout is so good-natured, she doesn't even mind when the other dogs run around under her belly as they go from one part of the play area to another. Scout is a really sweet girl and we always enjoy seeing her. Congratulations, Scout!

Buttercup Wyatt, DOTW for 4/30-5/4!

Buttercup Wyatt is the DOTW for the week of 4/30-5/4! Buttercup is a 2 1/2 year old Puggle who's been coming to Dog Days since 2010. Buttercup can be shy but once she gets into the small dog area at Dog Days, she's CCCRRRAAAAZZZZYYYY. She has more fun, both with the dogs and by herself, than anyone else in the small dog area. She loves to play ball, and spends many hours chasing the ball, chewing on it, growling at it, and racing around the play area barking at it. She's alot of fun to watch. She gets along with most everybody in the play area, but obviously has a soft spot for Brutus and Bowzer. She's also pretty darn snuggly (I mean, she's a Puggle) so is always good for a hug if that's what you need. We love it when Buttercup comes to play. Congratulations, Buttercup!
