Campbell Cavaliere, DOTW for 3/25-3/29!

Campbell Cavaliere is the DOTW for the week of 3/25-3/29! Campbell is an almost 9 year old Great Dane, and she's been coming to Dog Days since mid-2005. We like to call Campbell a Lesser Dane, because she's not as large as alot of other Danes we've seen here - she's rather petite, for a Dane. In the old days, Campbell played with the best of them, and always loved to take a break under the playset. She has some health issues now, so we don't let her get too excited these days. So mostly she hangs out with the people. She's one of the sweetest dogs we know, and we're always happy when she spends some time with us. It's about time we made Miss Campbell DOTW - we love you sweetie!

Issy Kline, DOTW for 3/18-3/22!

Issy Kline is the DOTW for the week of 3/18-3/22! Issy is a 9.5 year old Tibetan spaniel (or perhaps a Tibetan spaniel mix) who's been coming to Dog Days for a long time, since late 2007. Issy is a bit of a quirky girl - she has very strong likes and very strong dislikes. For the most part, she tends to just hang out in the small dog area and observe the shenanigans of the younger crowd. But occasionally, she'll get a wild hair and play play play. She tends to be a pretty physical player, so she runs, jumps and wrestles. She also plays with the ball a bit. But Issy prefers her people to the dogs, and especially loves Crystal, our groomer. Issy, it wouldn't feel like Dog Days without you, so congratulations on being DOTW! Woo woo!

Baron Harrison, DOTW for 3/11-3/15!

Baron Harrison is the DOTW for the week of 3/11-3/15! Baron is a 7 year old Lab who's been coming to Dog Days since January 2012. He's a big lug of a boy, and one of the sweetest guys around. He can be quite playful, and couldn't be any cuter than when he's either pouncing on a ball or wrestling with one of the young girls (he's obviously quite the ladies' man). He adores Penny, and sometimes plays with Avery and Lake too. He also loves his human attention, and will barrel into you when he wants it, or roll over so you can rub his belly. We love our Baron, and it's always a good day when he's here. Congratulations big guy!

Chewie Elling, DOTW for 3/4-3/8!

Chewie Elling is the DOTW for the week of 3/4-3/8! Chewie is a year and a half old Shih Tzu mix who's been coming to Dog Days for about a year. Chewie is a very fun-loving gal and tends to play more with the rough and tumble boys than with the shy small dogs. She's a wrestler and can keep up with the best of them. She has lots of friends, but probably at the top of her list somewhere are Bentley and Sammy V. She likes her people attention too, so she gets lots of that when she visits with us. Chewie is always entertaining when she's here, and we always enjoy having her. Congratulations, Chewie!

Hershey Rackoski, DOTW for 2/25-3/1!

Hershey Rackoski is the DOTW for the week of 2/25-3/1! Hershey is a 9 year old chocolate Lab who's been coming to Dog Days practically forever, since March 2005. She was always one of Emma's favorite dogs, so she has a special place here. Hershey is a happy girl with a big smile. As she's gotten older, she's slowed down a bit, but she was always more of a hangin' out kind of girl anyway. I didn't get any pictures of her when she was younger, so all of these show her Brezhnev eyebrows to their fullest potential. She's beautiful, gray or no though. We love you Hershey and are so happy that we still get to enjoy your company occasionally! Congratulations, my sweet. :)
